Fairways

Originally built in 1922, this shingle style house was completely taken down to a few remaining studs and rebuilt while adding a whole wing to the original house. The house was raised while a new foundation was constructed under the original structure. The result is a stunning summer home that showcases old world moldings, paneling and cabinetry.
